Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the ANMERTON website and its enquiry tools.
Website information
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, configurations, promotions, and availability are provided for initial evaluation. A quotation or signed order document controls the final scope, price, production schedule, delivery, warranty, and contracting entity.
Custom products
Custom aquariums, systems, aquascapes, and scenery modules may vary within agreed material and craft tolerances. ANMERTON aquascapes use artificial plants unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise.
Quotations and promotions
An enquiry does not create an order. Discounts, design-fee credits, gifts, and other promotions apply only when confirmed in writing and may depend on product type, order value, destination, and campaign dates.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate dimensions, site access, destination, intended use, species requirements, and installation conditions. Livestock suitability, local permits, import rules, and ongoing maintenance remain subject to local requirements and the agreed project scope.
Intellectual property
Website content, brand assets, drawings, and design materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where a signed agreement grants specific rights.
Liability and applicable terms
The website is provided on an as-available basis. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Contract-specific liability, dispute, and governing-law terms will be stated in the applicable quotation or order agreement.
